Fundación Matia is an organization with more than 130 years of experience in the geriatric sector. We have more than 1200 professionals, and we are currently looking to incorporate nursing professionals to our team for several of our centers in Guipúzcoa.
We offer:
- Contract: stable with the possibility of a permanent contract
- Working hours: full time or reduced working hours, possibility of combining with other work.
- Schedule: mornings, afternoons and / or evenings (nights only Hospital and Zumarraga)
- Location: Donostia (hospital, residence), Zumarraga, Zumaia, Zizurkil
- Economic conditions: 30.894,08€ gross per year, night and holiday bonuses apart. Own agreement
A Diploma or Degree in Nursing or homologation of the degree is essential.

Researcher with sociologist profile
Functions to be performed:
- Design, planning, management, development and coordination of research and intervention projects in the field of gerontology.
- Search for calls for the development of research and intervention projects.
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative studies.
- Analysis and exploitation of data from surveys, secondary sources, interviews and focus groups.
- Knowledge transfer in the professional field.
- Preparation of reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Bachelor's degree in Sociology
- Specialization in Gerontology: Master, Expert, Doctorate Studies, etc.
- Spoken and written English.
- Work experience in the field of aging.
- Previous experience in coordination and development of research and intervention projects of at least 5 years.
- Proven knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and tools.
- Technical and/or scientific publications.
- Participation in work groups, expert committees, congresses, forums, etc.
- Networking experience with other agents (public administration, private and social entities).
It will be an asset:
- Experience in leadership and team coordination.
- Knowledge of Basque.
- Knowledge of French.
