On the 1st of February Matia Goxara begins the provision of the Home Help Service in the municipality of Tolosa. The home help service is a service that promotes the permanence of the person who needs support at home. Offering them domestic and/or personal attention to make possible their development in their own home, to continue with their vital project and their integration in the community environment, avoiding isolation situations.
With this approach, Matia Goxara will accompany the people of Toulouse in their homes, responding to their needs and preferences, with the aim of enabling them to continue with their life project at home.
The purpose of Matia Goxara is to accompany people to improve their wellbeing, offering personalised services aimed at improving their autonomy and dignity in order to improve the quality of life of the elderly, as well as those who form part of their immediate environment. Day centres, day care services, home help services and personal assistance make up a network that, with an integral conception of care and services, develops an integrated design of all these services that respond to the wishes of people to age in their own homes while remaining in their own community.
